At WCJ we are all about the renewed confidence, independence, and transformation of our clients. It is impossible to separate life from entrepreneurship. What effects one area effects the other. See how our work has improved lives.
A dedicated mother of 7, wife and entrepreneur, Holly is the creative visionary behind Holly Heider Chapple Flowers. Holly is a highly recognized and sought after floral designer. With over 25 years of successful business experience behind her.
The vision for Hope Flower Farm was to create a business that provided both sustainability and legacy. Holly and Evan wanted to build something that was beyond them; something to share. At the time of engagement Holly worked alongside a devoted team that was feeling the strain of maintaining the luxury event design brand Holly Chapple Flowers as well as building out Hope Flower Farm. It was difficult to get Holly’s time and attention in order to make key decisions, team members were left feeling uncertain as to which priorities to work on, and it was unclear how their small team was going to manage the workload.
WCJ was hired to create process, order, accountability, and coaching. Through WCJ involvement the team now has clear roles, quarterly goals, quarterly projects and marketing calendars to support all revenue streams. They have documented processes, a streamlined project management system to support internal communication, coaching for management, and weekly team meetings to ensure the team is on track for quarterly projects and weekly task. WCJ also made it possible for them to bring the distribution of their own products in house. Hope Flower Farm now has the ability to ship books, products, vessels, and containers directly to their customers. One of the key areas of involvement has been to act as Holly’s visionary integrator. Holly is given the opportunity to dream and vision cast, while Megan finds the right time, opportunity, and process to put it into place and get it done. This allows the team to stay focused on the task at hand and avoid being derailed.
As a result the company for the first time since expanding to Hope Flower farm has reporting and recorded data points that can be used for future decision making. Communication between team members has improved despite the fact that there are team members scattered across the country. The team is clear on their roles, allowing each department to be responsible for their own tasks and to take ownership for their successes.” Megan has a very upbeat and focused approach to managing, and gives great coaching while guiding me through issues in my role.“ a team member commented. Revenue streams have multiplied and now provide more annual income versus the seasonality typically experienced around event work. Hope Flower Farm reached their first quarter goal that included an increase of 20% over the previous year, and are in position to hire more team members!
